It has come to our attention that a scammer is fraudulently using our website and logo to issue fake quotes and invoices. They are pretending to be associated with our business and are collecting large deposits from unsuspecting customers—then disappearing without doing the work.
We want to make it very clear:
✅ We only ever ask for a 5% deposit—nothing more.
❌ We do NOT request full or 50% upfront payments.
❌ We never accept payments via personal bank accounts or links sent via text/email.
❌ We do not use platforms like Oneflare, HiPages, or Airtasker to contact customers.
✅ We only contact customers who have contacted us directly via our quote request form or who have called our office landline.
If someone has contacted you using our name, website or logo and asked for a large deposit, please be cautious and contact us directly to verify any quote or job before sending money.
If You’ve Been Targeted:
Report the scam to Scamwatch and your local police.
If possible, keep a copy of the communication and invoice used by the scammer.
